Fue un <strong><em>RETO DE FUERZA.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Consist\u00eda en la realizaci\u00f3n diaria de 3 ejercicios de fuerza, cuya realizaci\u00f3n era de la siguiente manera: hacer 5 series de 12 repeticiones cada una por cada ejercicio, durante 28 d\u00edas.<\/p><p>Lo que se pretend\u00eda era conseguir una buena ejecuci\u00f3n y mover un buen peso, por lo tanto, cada uno se tomar\u00eda el tiempo que le fuese necesario.<\/p><p>El trabajo por sensaciones y percepci\u00f3n del esfuerzo.<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> \u00a0Serie 1<\/strong><\/span>: ejercicio 1 con 12 repeticiones + ejercicio 2 con 12 rep. + ejercicio 3 con 12 rep. y en todos la percepci\u00f3n del <em><strong>esfuerzo MEDIA<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> \u00a0Serie 2<\/strong><\/span>: 12 repeticiones en cada ejercicio con la percepci\u00f3n del <em><strong>esfuerzo MEDIA-ALTA<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Serie 3<\/strong><\/span>: 12 repeticiones en cada del esfuerzo alta quiere decir que tras realizar las 12 repeticiones no podr\u00eda realizar 3 o 4 m\u00e1s, en el caso de tener la sensaci\u00f3n de poder realizar 5 o m\u00e1s repeticiones despu\u00e9s de las 12, sabr\u00e9 que es el momento de subir la intensidad para la siguiente
